摘要
目前激光扫描振镜控制板大多需要连接工控机在Windows操作系统下工作,这样在手持式激光清洗设备上操作很不方便,为了提高其激光扫描振镜的集成性和实效性,设计了一种基于XY2-100协议的以XILINX公司ARTIX-7系列的XC7A100T芯片为主控芯片的激光振镜辅助控制板。通过XC7A100T芯片的普通I/O端口来产生控制振镜的4路控制信号,加上旋钮调节激光振镜的扫描范围和扫描速度,使得手持式激光清洗设备的振镜能够独立工作。
        At present, most of the laser scanning galvanometer control boards need to connected the industrial computer to work under the Windows operating system, which is very inconvenient to operate on the handheld laser cleaning equipment. In order to improve the integration and effectiveness of the laser scanning galvanometer, a laser galvanometer assist control board based on XY2-100 protocol is designed, which uses XC7 A100 T chip of XILINX′s ARTIX-7 series as the main control chip. The common I/O port of the XC7 A100 T chip is used to generate 4-channel control signal for controlling the galvanometer, and the scanning range and scanning speed of the laser galvanometer are adjusted by a knob, so that the galvanometer of the handheld laser cleaning equipment can work independently.
