摘要
以高职院校学生为研究的对象,以文献探索为研究方法,以教学设计为研究基础,以职教云平台为研究范例,旨在设计与构建基于职教云平台的SPOC翻转教学模式,并将该模式应用于《饭店餐饮服务与管理》课程的教学实践.研究发现:混合式学习模式基于在线教学平台的SPOC教学设计,比传统教学模式和大型网络教学模式更具优势,学生愿意采用此方法进行后续学习.SPOC翻转教学模式增强了师生的有效沟通,帮助教师更有针对性地解答学生问题;提升了学生的学习效率和学习意愿,有效增强了学生的认知能力和主观能动性;提高了学习时间和学习地点的自由度.
Based on the references research method and the background of flipped teaching(Zhi Jiao Yun), the paper designs and built flipped teaching mode of SPOC, which ground on Zhi Jiao Yun and apply this mode in the professional compulsory course Restaurant Catering Service and Management of Tourism English major. The research find that flipped and blended teaching mode which based on online teaching platform for SPOC has advantages over traditional teaching mode and massive open online courses. With this teaching mode, students are more willing to follow courses. The flipped teaching mode of SPOC can enhance the effective communication between students and teachers, helping teachers to answer students' questions specifically. It improved the learning efficiency and learning wills, strengthened the cognitive ability and individual initiative of students.
