改良分段结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗环状混合痔94例疗效观察

摘要
为观察改良分段结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,将本院手术治疗的178例环状混合痔患者,随机分为观察组94例和对照组84例。观察组采用改良分段结扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗,对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗。对比2组术后创面愈合时间、疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门狭窄情况及疗效。结果显示,2组术后总体疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组在术后创面愈合时间、疼痛、出血、水肿及肛门狭窄方面明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,改良分段结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗环状混合痔疗效确切,具有创面愈合快,术后并发症少等优势。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified segmented ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection for treating circumferentianl mixed hemorrhoids(CMH),randomly divided 178 CMH patients to be subject to surgery in author's hospital into observation group(94 cases,received modified segmented ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection)and control group(84 cases,meanwhile,external dissection &internal ligation);then compared postoperative status on wound-surface healing time,on pain,on bleeding,on edema,on anal stenosis,and clinical effect between both groups.As results,in whole effect after surgery there was no statistical difference(P >0.05),but in above all postoperative items observation group was superior to control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that above combined therapy for CMH has certain effect and advantages as fast wound-surface healing and less postoperative complication.
