摘要
本文以阿坝州若尔盖县某小学学生宿舍楼为例,分析了高海拔严寒地区零采暖能耗建筑的设计策略和工程建设,并进行了现场测试。结果表明,通过合理设计、建设和运行管理,在高海拔严寒地区可以实现零采暖能耗建筑。在高寒地区推行纯被动零能耗建筑,不仅无建筑的采暖费用,同时也保护了高原脆弱的生态环境,具有重要的意义。
This paper takes the student dormitory building of a primary school in Ruoergai County of Aba Prefecture as an example. The design strategy and engineering construction of zero-heating energy building in high altitude and severe cold climate zone are analyzed. The results show that zero-heating-energy building can be realized in the high altitude and cold region through reasonable design, construction and operation management. It is of great significance to carry out pure passive zero-energy building in the alpine region, which not only has no heating cost of the building, but also protects the fragile ecological environment of the plateau.
