摘要
空气潜孔锤钻进技术以其机械钻速快、防斜效果明显、环保等诸多优点已被广泛应用,但潜孔锤无法进行倒划眼作业,针对可能出现的卡堵现象,设计制作了适用于φ311.2 mm空气潜孔锤倒划眼的装置,并给出了一定条件下倒划眼操作流程及注意事项。现场应用试验结果表明,该装置能有效地降低空气钻进卡钻风险,缩短钻井周期,节约成本。
Pneumatic DTH drilling technology has been widely applied because of its advantages of fast drilling speed, obvious anti-slant effect and environmental protection, but, DTH hammer is unable to carry out reverse reaming. According to the possible blockage, a back reaming device which is suitable for φ311.2 mm pneumatic DTH hammer was innovated. Meantime, the operation flow and precautions of back reaming were developed by using this device. The field application shows that this device can effectively reduce blockage risk of air drilling, shorten drilling cycle and save cost.
