摘要
汽车覆盖件由于零件造型复杂,目前冲压模具存在较多非标斜楔结构,斜楔机构的铜导板由于侧向力原因使用过程中磨损较快,一般10万冲次左右导向磨损量就超过0.1mm,需要进行模具导向调整、重新研配导向及切边、翻边间隙,造成生产时间损失。通过现场实验摸索,应用烧结导板,稳定性提高了2~3倍,模具停线损失较原非标斜楔机构降低了50%,并取得了导板备件费用、模具维护等间接收益。
Due to the complex shape of the automobile panel,there are many non-standard cam in the stamping die,the cam guide of the cam mechanism wears faster during use due to the lateral force.Generally,the amount of guide wear around 100,000 strokes is more than 0.1mm,die-guided adjustment is required to reorganize the guide,trimming and flanging gaps,resulting in loss of production time,through field experiments,the use of sintered wear plates has increased the stability by 2~3 times,and the loss of die stoppage has been reduced by 50% compared with the original non-standard cam mechanism,and indirect gains such as guide plate spare parts costs and die maintenance have been achieved.
