鱼硝洗剂坐浴对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响

摘要
为探讨鱼硝洗剂坐浴在肛周脓肿术后应用促进创面愈合的临床效果,选择2016年1月至2018年6月山东大学附属千佛山医院肛肠科住院患者164例,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各82例。2组患者均行肛周脓肿一期根治术治疗,术后第2天开始,治疗组给予鱼硝洗剂稀释液坐浴,对照组给予高锰酸钾稀释液坐浴。对比2组患者术后第3天、第7天手术创面疼痛程度,术后第7天、第14天手术创面肉芽生长情况及创面缩小率,术后第28天总有效率。结果显示,术后第3天2组患者手术创面疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;术后第7天治疗组疼痛程度轻于对照组,P <0.05。术后第7天、第14天治疗组患者手术创面肉芽生长情况评分均低于对照组,P <0.05。术后第7天,2组患者创面缩小率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;术后第14天,治疗组创面缩小率高于对照组,P <0.05。术后第28天治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,鱼硝洗剂坐浴可以降低肛周脓肿手术创面疼痛程度,促进创面愈合。
To investigate the clinical effect of Yuxiao lotion sitz bath in promoting Wound-surface healing after perianal abscess(PA)operation.164 cases admitted in author's department from January 2016 to June2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 82 for each.Both groups underwent primary radical operation of perianal abscess.From the second day after operation,treatment group was given Yuxiao lotion sitz bath,control group was given PP diluent sitz bath.Then wound pain degree on the 3 rd and 7 th day after operation,surgical wound granulation growth situation and wound reduction rate on the 7 th and 14 th day after operation,and total effective rate on the 28 th day after operation were compared between the two groups.As results,there was no significant difference in wound pain degree on the3 rd day after operation(P >0.05),but wound pain degree on the 7 th day after operation in treatment group was lighter than that in control group(P <0.05).In surgical wound granulation growth situation score on the 7 th and 14 th day after operation treatment group was lower than the control group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in wound reduction rate on the 7 th day after operation between the two groups(P >0.05),and wound reduction rate on the 14 th day after operation in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05).In total effective rate on the 28 th day after operation treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P <0.05).The results show that Yuxiao lotion sitz bath can reduce the degree of wound pain of PA surgery and promote wound-surface healing.
