我国在运核能企业提高经济性探讨

摘要
我国经济增长已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。我国用电需求增长总体放缓,平均发电成本受可再生能源规模扩大影响持续走低,核电电价进入计划电与市场电的双轨制,电价不可避免地将受到下行压力。核电设备平均利用小时数无法充分保证,核电厂运行已面临停机备用和降功率运行等新形势。国内在运核能企业需提前应对,在保证核电厂安全稳定运行的前提下,根据企业的潜在优势采取多项措施,努力减少发电成本,提高经济性,向市场提供价廉质优的电力商品。本文为在运核能企业提供了减成本措施的方向性建议。
China's economic growth has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development. China's electricity demand growth has slowed down on the whole, the average cost of power generation has been continuously lowered due to the expansion of renewable energy, and the electricity price of nuclear power has entered the dual system of planned power and market power, so the electricity price will inevitably come under downward pressure. The average utilization hours of nuclear power equipment cannot be fully guaranteed, and the operation of nuclear power plants has been faced with new situations such as shutdown standby and reduced power operation. Under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants, domestic nuclear energy enterprises should take a number of measures according to their potential advantages to reduce the cost of power generation, improve the economy, and provide cheap and high-quality power commodities to the market. This paper gives some suggestions on the direction of cost reduction measures in nuclear power enterprises.
