摘要
采用索氏提取法,正己烷为溶剂,得到金银忍冬鲜果实提取物。通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析金银忍冬鲜果实提取物的挥发性成分。研究结果表明金银忍冬鲜果实提取物得率为0.77%。金银忍冬鲜果实提取物主要由烷烃类(35.75%)、酯类(27.34%)、酮类(10.89%)、酚类(1.76%)、醇类(0.73%)等化合物组成。GC含量最高的化合物是二十四烷(21.74%),其次为苯甲酸-2,6-双[(三甲基甲硅烷)氧基]-三甲基甲硅烷酯(13.06%)。2,4-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)-苯酚(1.76%),具有抑菌、杀虫活性,为抗氧化剂的重要中间体。
The fresh fruit extracts of Lonicera maackii was obtained by Soxhlet extraction method with hexane as solvent. The volatile components of fresh fruits extracts of L. maackii was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) method. The results show that yield of fresh fruits extracts of L. maackii is 0. 77%. Fresh fruit extracts of L. maackii are mainly composed of alkanes( 35. 75%),esters( 27. 34%),ketones( 10. 89%),phenols( 1. 76%),alcohols( 0. 73%) and other compounds. The highest GC content compound istetracosane( 21. 74%),secondly is benzoic acid-2,6-bis[( trimethylsilyl) oxy]-trimethylsilyl ester( 13. 06%). 2,4-bis( 1,1-dimethylethyl)-phenol( 1. 76%) with antibacterial and insecticidal activity,is an important intermediate of antioxidant.
