全国249家美容店从业人员眼部症状及其影响因素分析

目的了解美容店从业人员眼部症状发生现状,探讨其影响因素。方法于2016年5月下旬—2017年1月,在全国除西藏外的30个省(自治区、直辖市)以及新疆生产建设兵团选择249家美容店从业人员955人,问卷调查基本情况、卫生知识知晓情况和眼部健康状况等,分析美容店从业人员眼部症状的影响因素。结果共得到935份有效问卷,出现眼部症状的从业人员166人,占比17.75%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,工作场所空气干燥(OR=2.010,95%CI:1.189～3.398)、环境潮湿(OR=3.391,95%CI:1.434～8.021)和空气中有灰尘(OR=2.553,95%CI:1.264～5.159)是美容店从业人员眼部症状发生的危险因素。结论我国美容店从业人员眼部症状发生率较高,美容店空气中湿度和灰尘是主要影响因素,建议加强对美容店的监测和卫生监督,保证从业人员的眼部健康。
Objective To know the current status of eye symptoms of employees in beauty salons and to explore the influencing factors. Methods From late May 2016 to January 2017, 955 employees from 249 beauty shops were selected from 30 provinces,autonomous regions, municipalities,except Tibet, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in China. General information of cosmetologists,health knowledge,eye symptoms and other information were collected through questionnaires and the factors affecting the eye symptoms of the employees were analyzed. Results A total of 935 valid questionnaires were collected,17.75%(166/935) of which reported eye symptoms. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that air-dry(OR=2.010,95%CI: 1.189-3.398),humid environment(OR=3.391,95%CI: 1.434-8.021) and dust in the air(OR=2.553,95%CI:1.264-5.159) in beauty shops were risk factors for eye symptoms of employees. Conclusion The incidence of eye symptoms among the investgated employees in beauty shops is higher in China. Humidity and dust in air are important influencing factors.It is necessary to strengthen the hygienic supervision and management of beauty shops so as to ensure the eye health of employees.
