摘要
学分制是一个以尊重学生个性化差异、充分考虑教学资源等基础的教学管理制度。积极开展与学分制相适应的教学管理实践探索尤为重要。本文通过从学分制对高校教学管理影响的利弊描述出发,旨在阐述学分制背景下高校教学管理的实践探索及改进理路,为后续此方面研究提供研究参考。
Credit system is a teaching management system based on respecting students' individual differences and taking full account of teaching resources. It is particularly important to actively carry out the exploration of teaching management practice in accordance with the credit system. Based on the description of the advantages and disadvantages of the credit system on the teaching management of colleges and universities, this paper aims to elaborate the practical exploration and improvement of the teaching management of colleges and universities under the background of the credit system, and to provide research reference for the follow-up study in this regard.
