超声弹性成像在乳腺占位性病变诊断中的价值

摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺占位性病变诊断中的价值。方法选择2013年2月至2018年3月我院接诊的乳腺占位性病变患者180例,均分别行常规超声与超声弹性成像检查,以病理诊断结果为"金标准",分析两种检查方式诊断乳腺占位病变价值。结果 180例患者中,乳腺良性占位110例(61.1%);乳腺恶性占位70例(38.9%);超声弹性成像在乳腺占位性病变诊断中的准确度、特异度、敏感度均明显优于常规超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像可定量反映乳腺占位的硬度与弹性,可提高对乳腺占位性质判断的准确度、特异度、敏感度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast space occupying lesions. Methods One hundred and eignty patients with breast space occupying lesions received from February2013 to March 2018 were examined by conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography,and the pathological diagnosis was gold standard, and objective to analyze the diagnostic value of two kinds of examination for breast space occupying lesions.Results Among the 180 patients,110 cases(61.1%) were benign and 70(38.9%) were malignant,and the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast space occupying le-sions were significantly better than those of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography can quantitatively reflect the hardness and elasticity of breast space occupying position, and it can improve the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of breast space occupying position, which is worthy of clinical application.
