摘要
江西某选铜尾矿中含钨0.061%,钨品位低、嵌布粒度较细,属于典型的难选低品位白钨矿。针对该低品位白钨矿中有价金属钨难以有效回收的现状,进行了详细的试验研究。结果表明,常温下浮选,采用碳酸钠和水玻璃为调整剂,ZL-1+ZL_1为捕收剂,经过"磁选除铁-浮选脱硫-一粗一扫四精"工艺富集,可获得产率2.35%、WO3品位1.15%、WO3回收率为43.95%的钨粗精矿,为后续钨的回收提供了有利条件。
        The tailing, produced by copper beneficiation in Jiangxi Province, contains 0.061% WO3. It belongs to the typically complicated tungsten ores because of the low-grade and fine characteristics. In view of the status, experimental study on tungsten recovery was conducted in this study, and the results showed that, using Na2 CO3 and water glass as the modifier and ZL-1+ZL_1 as the collector, a concentrate with yield, grade and recovery,2.35%, 1.15%, 43.95%, respectively, can be obtained after "magnetic separationdesulphurization by flotation-one roughing and one scavenging and four cleaning". This could provide beneficial foundation for the following tungsten recovery.
