摘要
通过流体仿真分析手段,对某V型两缸柴油机与某农用机械的舱内流场与温度场开展预测分析。对比电子风扇与机械风扇对舱内流动与温度的影响,并考虑发动机排气侧热辐射对周边零部件的影响。计算结果表明机械风扇相对于电子风扇,更有利于舱内散热。利用CFD仿真分析能较全面地考察农机舱内的流动与温度分布,在物理样机测试之前为方案评估与优化提供直接的指导。
The fluid field and temperature field of a cabin were predicted for a farm machinery matching a V-type two-cylinder diesel engine by the simulation of computational fluid dynamic. The difference of electric fan and mechanical fan was compared and the radiation of the engine exhaust side was simulated,which resulted that machinery fan is better to decrease the cabin temperature relative to electric fan. CFD simulation is a good way to investigate the velocity and temperature under the cabin, which could predict and optimize the layout of cabin before the test of physical prototype.
