探讨妇科普查对早期宫颈癌的筛查诊断价值

摘要
目的探讨分析妇科普查对早期宫颈癌的筛查诊断价值。方法于2017年6月至2017年12月,择取我院进行妇科普查女性2164名展开研究,分析其普查的结果,对妇科普查在早期宫颈癌的筛查诊断中的应用价值进行研究观察。结果 2164名宫颈筛查者中671名(31.01%)女性检出妇科疾病,262名(10.02%)女性诊断为宫颈病变,3名(0.14%)女性诊断为宫颈癌。结论临床在早期宫颈癌筛查中妇科普查具有重要的临床应用价值,能够为宫颈癌早期诊断提供可靠依据,值得推广。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of screening for early cervical cancer by gynecological survey. Methods during the period from June 2017 to December 2017, we conducted a study on 2,164 women of gynecological survey in our hospital, analyzed the results of the survey, and studied the value of gynecological survey in screening diagnosis of early cervical cancer choose. Results of the 2,164 cervical screening patients, 671(31.01%) were diagnosed with gynecological diseases, 262(10.02%) were cervical lesions and 3(0.14%) women were diagnosed as cervical cancer. Conclusion clinical application of gynecological survey in early cervical cancer screening has important clinical value, it can provide reliable basis for early diagnosis of cervical cancer and it is worth popularizing.
