迎接行业新挑战——中国珠宝标准化建议

摘要
通过总结概括世界标准化历史,分析现有珠宝首饰行业标准化工作存在的问题,给出发展建议。珠宝检测方面,要完善补充标准空白,研究制定全面的珠宝产品标准与国家标准,加强已有检测方法标准的标准化程度,使其更加明确、具体、可操作,推进中国珠宝标准国际化。珠宝教育方面,要与珠宝企业、行业协会、科研机构等联合成立专业指导委会员,围绕行业实际人才需求建立标准化的人才培养方案,增强贵金属教学内容,研究建立贵金属教学标准,探索建立国际人才培养与英语教学标准。珠宝企业方面,要加强生产标准化、管理标准化、服务标准化,提升质量水平,加强企业核心竞争力。总之,通过标准化提升珠宝检测质量、珠宝教学质量、珠宝企业竞争力、珠宝产品质量,促进产业转型升级,推动行业健康持续发展,形成国际竞争力,在日益激烈的国际竞争中争取并保持优势地位。
This article summarizes the history of the development of international standardization,analyzes the current standardization problems of jewelry industry in China,and gives suggestions for development.In the jewelry testing aspect,gem laboratories should research more standards to complete the shortage of jewelry standards,and improve current existing jewelry standards more specific,more detailed and more operational,making Chinese jewelry standards more international.In jewelry education aspect,gemmological institutes should unite with jewelry companies,gemmological associations and gem labs to establish the professional committee,according to human resources need of jewelry industry,formulate stand-ards for jewelry education,add more education contents about precious metals,research and find the education standards for precious metals,to explore how to educate international jewelry professionals and how to establish English education standards for the students from jewelry schools.In jewelry companies aspect,they should improve the degree of standardization for manufacturing,services and managements to increase the quality of their products for enhancing the core competitiveness of the company.All in all,we should improve the quality of jewelry testing,jewelry education,jewelry products and jewelry companies' competitiveness by standardization way,which can help jewelry industry transform and upgrade,promoting the industry to develop healthily and sustainably,constructing the international competitiveness,striving for the leading position and maintain it.
