无芯棒旋锻径向进给参数变化匹配研究

摘要
以某汽车等速万向传动中间旋锻轴为研究对象,耦合旋锻成形工艺特征、强度要求和材料力学特性等进行无芯棒旋锻径向进给参数变化匹配。首先根据旋锻工艺特征确定无芯棒旋锻内外表面圆度几何质量参数;其次根据旋锻轴材料力学特性的应力约束和尺寸和形状等几何特性要求的几何约束确定无芯棒旋锻的最大等效进给量;最后根据旋锻轴产品精度要求,确定无芯棒旋锻各道次进给最小锻打次数与进给道次。通过制定的无芯棒旋锻径向进给参数对旋锻轴进行生产试制并进行内外表面圆度质量测试和硬度测试,测试结果满足产品质量要求和后续渐开线花键成形的硬度要求,进一步表明通过研究匹配的径向进给参数合理。
        Taking the intermediate rotary swaging shaft of constant velocity universal transmission of a car as the object,the process characteristics of rotary swaging,strength requirements and material mechanical properties were coupled to match the variety of process parameters in rotary swaging without mandrel. First,the geometrical quality parameters of the roundness of the inner and outer surfaces of tube were determined according to the characteristics of the rotary swaging process. Secondly,the maximum equivalent radial feed value was determined according to the stress constraints of mechanical properties and the geometric constrains of size and shape of the rotary swaging shaft. Finally,the minimum number of forging times and feed passes were determined by the precision requirement of the rotary swaging shaft. Based on the radial feed parameters of rotary swaging without mandrel,the rotary swaging shaft was produced and trial-manufactured,and the roundness and hardness of the inner and outer surfaces were tested. The results meet the requirements of product quality and the hardness for involute spline,which shows that the matching rotary swaging parameters is reasonable for product.
