摘要
以PVA为原料,采用无针静电纺丝方法,考察了PVA、PVA/茚三酮复合溶液的可纺性,制备具有指纹识别功能的PVA/茚三酮纳米纤维膜。SEM分析表明,8%的PVA水溶液、8%PVA/5%茚三酮复合溶液的可纺性较好,纳米纤维直径分布均匀,纤维细密连续,堆积成三维网状结构。制备的PVA/茚三酮纳米纤维膜在温度60℃~70℃、相对湿度70%~80%的条件下,利用茚三酮与氨基酸特殊的显色反应,1 min之内即可迅速显示出纳米纤维膜上收集的潜在指纹。指纹脊线区颜色变为紫色,与原来膜的颜色形成强烈对比,指纹脊线清晰。
        PVA is used as the raw material, the spinnability of the PVA and PVA/Ninhydrin compound solution are investigated by aneedle-free electrospinning method. The PVA/Ninhydrin nanofiber membrane with a function of fingerprint identification is also prepared.Prepared PVA/ninhydrin nanofiber membrane at a temperature of 60℃ ~ 70℃ and relative humidity of 70% ~80%, the potential fingerprintcollected on nanofiber membranes could be quickly displayed within 1 min using the color reaction of Ninhydrin and amino acid. The color ofthe fingerprint ridge line becomes purple, which is in sharp contrast with the color of the original film, and the fingerprint ridge line is clear.
