基于“一张图”的高效土地执法监察工作模式建设

摘要
通过移动端"一张图"系统的建设,将规划国土资源全息数据、多源影像变化图斑数据融入系统中,实现了全面巡查与图斑调查一体化的土地巡查模式,结合相应疑似违法用地各阶段的图形、属性信息,在现场进行土地执法,并上传至后台管理员审核,建立了以一套基于"一张图"的高效土地执法监察的工作模式。
Through the construction of "one map" system on mobile terminal,the whole process data of planning and land,combined with image changed areas from multisource data,are loaded to the system,which realize the integration of comprehensive inspection and changed areas investigation on working mode.Combining graphic and attribute information of the suspected illegal land use case from the whole process data,the inspector can make a judgment at the scene,and upload the judgment to administrators to examine. The whole working process constructs an efficient working mode about land enforcement and supervision based on"one map".
