摘要
目的了解和分析本地区小细胞低色素性贫血孕妇的病因,为临床诊断和治疗提供科学的根据,从而提高本地区的优生优育。方法选取2017年1月~2018年10月在我院进行产检的50例小细胞低色素性贫血孕妇地贫基因和铁蛋白的检测结果,进行回顾性分析,将这类孕妇按地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血、地中海贫血合并缺铁性贫血和他类贫血四大类型进行分析。结果单纯携带地贫基因30例,占总数的60%,单纯缺铁性贫血6例,占总数的12%,地中海贫血合并缺铁性贫血6例,占总数的12%,他类型贫血8例,占总数的16%。结论本地区孕妇小细胞低色素性贫血主要病因是地中海贫血。为了提高本地区的优生优育,地中海贫血筛查和地中海贫血基因的检测在此类孕妇产检中尤为重要。
        Objective To understand and analyze etiology of pregnant women with microcytic hypochromic anemia in this region to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, so as to improve prepotencyin this region.Methods Detection results ofthalassemia gene and ferritin of 50 pregnant women with microcytic hypochromic anemia who underwent antenatal care in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and they were retrospectively statistically analyzed. Such pregnant women were analyzed according to four major types such as thalassemia, iron deficiency anemia, thalassemia combined with iron deficiency anemia and other types of anemia. Results 30 cases that simply carried the thalassemia gene accounted for 60% of the total. 6 cases of iron deficiency anemiaaccounted for12% of the total.6 cases of thalassemia combined with iron deficiency anemiaaccounted for 12% of the total. 8 cases of other types of anemia accounted for 16% of the total. Conclusion The main etiology of microcytic hypochromic anemia in pregnant women in this region is thalassemia.In order to improve the prepotency in the region, screening for thalassemia and detection of thalassemia genes is particularly important in the screening of such pregnant women.
