护理干预降低初产妇会阴侧切率的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨护理干预应用于初产妇,降低会阴侧切率,促进产科质量提升的方法。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月本院收治的300例行阴道分娩的初产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预管理。结果对照组的会阴侧切率为65.33%,显著高于观察组(17.33%,P <0.05);对照组对助产士护理满意度为96.33%,观察组为98.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论行综合护理干预管理能使初产妇会阴侧切率有效降低,提升产科质量,促进产妇及家属对助产士的满意度的提高,进而对母婴安全提供保障。
Objective To explore the methods of applying nursing intervention to primipara,reducing perineal side cutting rate and promoting obstetrical quality. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,300 cases of primipara who came to our health hospital for vaginal delivery were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group,150 cases in each group. The routine nursing was applied to the control group and the nursing intervention management was applied to the routine group. Results The lateral perineal resection rate was 65.33% in the control group and(17.33%,P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction to midwives was 96.33 in the radiation group and 98.67 m in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention management can effectively reduce the perineal resection rate,improve the obstetric quality,improve the satisfaction of the parturient and their families to midwives,and then provide a guarantee for the safety of mother and child.
