摘要
目的综合评价江西省儿童常规免疫工作质量。方法采用分层按容量比例概率抽样方法,对江西省11个地市的2岁和7岁儿童进行免疫规划(EPI)疫苗接种率调查,选取22项接种指标,采用TOPSIS和RSR法对各地市常规免疫质量进行排序。结果 TOPSIS和RSR法综合评价显示,全省11个地市中3个地市儿童常规免疫工作处于较好水平,6个地市处于中等水平,2个地市处于较差水平。结论全省各地市儿童常规免疫工作差异较大,需制定因地适宜的政策,提高全省EPI工作水平。
Objective To evaluate the quality of childhood routine immunization in Jiangxi province. Methods We used a stratified probability proportional to size(PPS) method to select 2 and 7 year old children f rom 11 prefectures of Jiangxi for a coverage survey of Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI) vaccines. We chose 22 immunization indicators to rank the quality of routine immunization by prefecture using TOPSIS and RSR methods. Results TOPSIS and RSR combination methods showed that the childhood routine immunization was at a good level in 3 prefectures,at a medium level in 6 prefectures, and at a poor level in 2 prefectures. Conclusions The quality of childhood routine immunization varied by prefecture in Jiangxi. We need to develop appropriate policies to improve EPI in Jiangxi.
