摘要
通过与不同的硅烷偶联剂反应,得到了三种不同的功能化氧化石墨烯(FGOs)。通过红外光谱、热失重分析、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射等进行表征。结果表明,以硅烷偶联剂为改性剂制备的功能化氧化石墨烯,片层间距有所增加,热稳定性明显提高。
Three different functionalized graphene oxide( FGOs) were obtained by reaction with different silane coupling agents. The FGO was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the lamellar spacing of functionalized graphene oxide is increased and the thermal stability is improved obviously.
