摘要
为解决烟叶田间采摘和植保困难的问题,阐述一种烟叶采收植保机行走驱动装置的工作原理和结构,通过分析计算及1∶1的建模验证烟叶采收植保机的工作速度和行走驱动装置、调节装置各结构件的形状和结构形式,通过对该行走驱动装置动力布局、动力传递关系的理论分析和计算,从而确定设计的主要技术参数。根据主要技术参数,设计出行走驱动装置的主要部件——减速变速器、角变器、双拱桥式机架和燕尾槽式轮距调节装置等。通过样机试制和实验,该行走驱动装置行驶速度可实现采摘作业速度:0.6~0.8 km/h、植保作业速度:6~12 km/h,满足烟叶采摘、植保等各种工况的需求;该行走驱动装置具有良好的工作性能,结构紧凑,转弯半径小,机动灵活性高,使用操作方便。
        In order to solve the difficult problem of tobacco field picking and plant protection, the working principle and structure of a walking driving device for tobacco leaf harvesting and plant protection were described in this paper. Through analysis and calculation and 1∶1 modeling, the working speed of the tobacco harvesting plant protection machine and the shape and structure of the walking drive and adjustment device were verified. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation of the dynamic layout and power transmission relationship of the traveling drive device, the main technical parameters of the design are determined. According to the main technical parameters, the main components of the driving device, such as speed reducer, angle changer, double arch bridge frame and dovetail trough type wheel base adjusting device, are designed. Through the prototype trial and experiment, the walking driving device running speed can realize picking speed of 0.6~0.8 km/h, plant protection operating speed of 6~12 km/h, which meets the requirements of various working conditions such as tobacco leaf picking and plant protection. The device has good working performance, compact structure, small turning radius, high maneuverability and convenient operation.
