摘要
针对铁路电能质量容量优化问题,提出了用铁路功率调节器(RPC)补偿装置解决的方法,研究了负序、谐波的优化补偿策略。为了优化RPC容量配置,采用粒子群算法计算出RPC补偿容量最小值,得到了最优补偿系数和补偿角度。采用能量优化方法对RPC控制,实现最优补偿。仿真和实验结果表明,RPC补偿容量减小,且满足电能质量要求,验证了算法的合理性与经济性。
In order to solve the problem of instantaneous under power due to the operation of the high speed railway static power conditioner(RPC), the optimization compensation method is proposed.The minimum value of RPC compensation capacity is calculated by using particle swarm optimization, and the optimal compensation coefficient and compensation angle are obtained.Simulation and experimental results show that the RPC compensation capacity is reduced and the power quality requirements are met,which verifies the rationality and economy of the algorithm.
