摘要
采用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸钠为聚合单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,用微波法制备吸水性灭火凝胶。在此基础上探讨了中和度、引发剂、交联剂用量对灭火凝胶吸水性能的影响。研究表明,在中和度为80%,交联剂含量为0. 375%,引发剂含量为0. 2%条件下,制备的灭火凝胶吸水倍率为332 g/g。在此基础上,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、热重分析仪-差示扫描量热仪联用(TG-DSC)研究灭火凝胶的性能。
Taking acrylic acid( AA) and sodium acrylic as monomer,potassium peroxydisulfate( KPS) as initiator,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide( NMBA) as cross-linking agent,fire extinguishing gel was prepared by microwave methods. The effects of neutralization degree,initiator contents,cross-linking agent contents on water absorption of the gel were investigated.The research shows when the neutralization degree is 80%,initiator content is 0. 2% and crosslinking agent content is 0. 375%,the water absorbency of the fire extinguishing gel could achieve 332 g/g. Furthermore,fourier infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis( TG) and thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimeter( TG-DSC) are applied to investigate properties of fire extinguishing gel.
