摘要
微型多分支井的钻管材料决定着钻管穿出轨道的距离,穿出距离又决定着微型多分支井的增产效果。根据微型多分支井的工艺要求,在对拟选用钻管材料力学性能定性分析的基础上,利用经典模糊综合评判方法对钻管材料进行优选,并通过室内实验进行验证。结果表明,优选出的钻管材料0Cr19Ni19N和TA9均满足工艺要求,考虑价格因素,最终确定钻管材料选用0Cr19Ni19N;基于经典模糊综合评判决策建立的钻管材料优选方法为钻管选材提供了理论依据,对工程材料的优选方法研究具有一定推广意义。
The pipe material of micro multi-branches well determines the distance of pipe penetrates out of orbit,and the distance determines the production effect of micro multi-branches production technology.Based on the technique and the qualitative analysis of pipe material mechanical properties,pipe material was optimized by using classical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and was verified by laboratory experiments.The results show that optimized material 0Cr19Ni19 Nand TA9 meet the requirement of technique,and ultimately determine the drill pipe material is 0Cr19Ni19 Nconsidering the price factor.The optimization method based on the classical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation provides theoretical basis,and has certain significance to the optimization method of engineering material.
