摘要
目的评价思维导图结合案例分析法在急诊低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法以典型案例为切入点,将思维导图引入急诊低年资护士培训中,将2016年10月至2017年7月进入急诊科的本科学历低年资护士设为对照组(n=20),2017年8月至2018年5月进入急诊科的本科学历低年资护士设为实验组(n=20)。对照组采用传统单纯使用案例分析法进行培训,实验组采用思维导图结合案例分析的培训方法,比较培训前后两组低年资护士临床实践能力、专科理论及技能考核是否具有差异。结果实验组的理论成绩(82.15±8.24)分,临床实践能力(84.20±4.34)分,技能考核(81.25±7.00)分,均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组护士培训满意分数高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论以案例分析法结合思维导图的方式应用到急诊低年资护士培训中,可提高培训效率及教学质量,为今后急诊低年资护士培训提供更为可靠的依据。
        Objective To evaluate the application effect of mind map combined with case analysis in the training of nurses. Methods Taking typical cases as entry point,and the nurses with low seniority who entered the emergency department from October 2016 to July 2017 were used as the control group(n=20),while those with low seniority from August 2017 to May 2018 were used as the experimental group(n=20). The control group was trained using the traditional case analysis method alone,while the experimental group was trained using the method of mind mapping combined with case analysis to compare whether there were differences in clinical practice ability.Results The experimental group's theoretical scores(82.15±8.24),clinical practice ability(84.20±4.34)points,skill assessment(81.25±7.00)points,all showed higher than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of nurse training in the experimental group was(78.25±2.94),which was higher than that in the control group(73.00±3.77)(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of case analysis combined with mind map in the training of teaching quality,and provides more reliable basis for the training of emergency nurses with low seniority in the future.
