摘要
目的通过对中医住院医师规范化培训效果的评价研究,分析影响中医住院医师规范化培训实施效果的因素,为完善中医住院医师规范化培训效果评价模式提供有益探讨,实现对中医住院医师规范化培训过程管理与监督的有效反馈。方法采用柯氏评估模型对中医住院医师、带教老师、主任或护士长进行问卷调查、访谈,同时对规培期间考试成绩和考核结果进行分析。结果反应层:总体满意度为3.70,处于一般满意,对薪酬待遇及归属感评价满意度最低。学习层:培训前后成绩有统计学意义。行为层:中医住院医师规范化培训前后行为变化均有统计学意义。结果层:投诉率和事故率为0,执业资格考试通过率为91%,中医住院医师规范化培训结业考核合格率92%,就业率100%。结论通过调查,对培训考核、知识获得等维度满意度较高,但是由于诸多因素的影响导致总体满意度不高,培训内容和人文关怀维度满意度较低。培训前后成绩相比,理论知识得到了极大的提高,通过对带教老师等的调查,培训前后行为有了显著的改变,并积极应用于临床,因此针对存在的问题应优化教学计划和教学方法,活跃教学思维,规范过程管理,改善福利待遇,重视人文关怀,进一步提高规培同质化。
        Objective Through the evaluation and research on the effect of standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,to analyze the factors influencing the effect of standardized training for resident physicians of traditional Chinese medicine,to improve the evaluation model of standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a useful discussion,to realize the effective feedback to the management and supervision of the standardized training process of TCM resident physicians.Methods A questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among residents,teachers,directors or head nurses of traditional Chinese medicine using the kirschner evaluation model.Results Response layer:the overall satisfaction is 3.70,which is in the general satisfaction level,and the lowest satisfaction degree of salary treatment and sense of belonging.Learning:the scores before and after training are statistically significant.Behavioral level:the behavioral changes before and after standardized training of TCM residents were statistically significant.Results:the complaint rate and accident rate were 0,the passing rate of practice qualification examination was91%,the passing rate of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents was 92%,and the employment rate was 100%.Conclusion through the survey,the satisfaction of training assessment,knowledge acquisition and other dimensions is relatively high,but due to the influence of many factors,the overall satisfaction is not high,and the satisfaction of training content and humanistic care dimension is relatively low.Compared performance before and after the training,the theory of knowledge has been greatly improved,based on the investigation,such as the teacher behavior before and after the training had a significant change,and actively applied to clinical,so should be optimized to solve the problems that exists in the teaching plan and teaching method,active teaching thinking,standardize the process management,improve the welfare benefits,attaches great importance to the humanities concern,further improve the gauge culture homogeneity.
