摘要
目的:研究助阳开郁颗粒的急性毒性,为其制剂开发及临床应用提供实验依据。方法:将动物按体重随机分为对照组和4个给药组,对照组灌胃40 mL/kg生理盐水,给药组分别以10 mL/kg、20 mL/kg、30 mL/kg、40 mL/kg的助阳开郁颗粒混悬液灌胃,进行急性毒性实验,计算其半数致死量。结果:小鼠均未出现死亡,与对照组比较,给药组小鼠的行为活动、体重以及解剖后的脏器都未见异常。实验未测出助阳开郁颗粒的半数致死量(LD50)。结论:测得小鼠的最大耐受量为临床成人用量的153.15倍,未见明显毒性反应,助阳开郁颗粒对小鼠的急性毒性甚微,在规定剂量下服用安全可靠。
        Objective:To study the acute toxicity of Zhuyang Kaiyu granules,which provided some experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods:The mice were randomly divided into control group and 4 drug groups according to their weight. Then the mice in control group were administered intragastically normal saline according to 40 mL/kg,while the administration groups were given suspension of Zhuyang Kaiyu granules according to 10 mL/kg、20 mL/kg、30 mL/kg、40 mL/kg respectively. The numbers of dead mice was counted and LD50 of experimental drug was culculated. Results:There were no death in all groups. No abnormalities were found in the behavioral activity,body weight and organs indice of the mice in the administration groups. Half of the lethal quantity of Zhuyang Kaiyu granules was not measured in the experiment. Conclusion:The maximum tolerance dosage of the mice was 153.15 times of the clinical adult dosage,and no obvious toxicity was observed. The acute toxicity of Zhuyang Kaiyu granules to mice is very little so it is safe and reliable to take within the prescribed dosage range of the drug.
