多元化护理对胫骨平台骨折患者的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨多元化护理康复锻炼在胫骨平台骨折患者中的影响。方法将我院于2017年9月—2018年8月收治的104例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象。按计算机随机化原则,将其分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者进行多元化护理康复锻炼,对照组患者接受常规护理。观察两组患者的膝关节功能恢复程度、Lysholm膝关节评分及胫骨平台后倾角度变化,统计并发症结果。结果观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组;Lysholm膝关节评分中各项及胫骨平台后倾角度均大于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折患者应用多元化护理康复锻炼能有效促进膝关节功能的恢复。
Objective To investigate the effects of diversified care rehabilitation exercise on patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods104 cases of tibial plateau fracture were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018. According to the principle of computer randomization, they were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the observation group were given diversified nursing and rehabilitation exercises. Patients in the control group received routine nursing. The degree of knee function recovery, Lysholm knee score and tibial plateau tilt angle were observed, and the complications were counted.Results The excellent and good rate of knee function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; Lysholm knee score and tibial plateau retroversion angle were higher than those in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the data comparison between the groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified nursing rehabilitation exercise to patients with tibial plateau fractures can effectively promote the recovery of knee function.
