孤独症患儿实施家庭综合护理的临床治疗效果研究

摘要
目的探究儿童孤独症患儿实施家庭综合护理的临床治疗效果。方法选取本康复中心2016年5月—2017年1月收治的80例儿童孤独症患儿,采用奇偶法将其平均分为观察组40例与对照组40例,予以对照组患儿常规护理干预,观察组患者在接受常规护理的基础上予以家庭综合护理,对比2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果经护理干预后,在孤独行为方面对照组得分为(89.1±11.2)分,观察组为(72.4±8.7)分,2组差异有统计学意义(t=7.447,P<0.05);在孤独治疗后评比方面对照组得分为(91.4±12.8)分,观察组为(79.6±11.3)分,2组差异有统计学意义(t=4.371,P<0.05)。结论对患儿实施家庭综合护理,能够使患儿孤独症的临床表现得到有效改善,增强患儿生活自理能力,促进其积极融入社会,提高患儿及家属的生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of family comprehensive nursing for children with autism.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with autism were selected as research objects in the rehabilitation center from May2016 to January 2017, and they were averagely divided into a control group(n=40) and an observation group(n=40)by the parity method, and the former received the routine nursing intervention and the latter received the family comprehensive nursing based on the routine nursing. The clinical effects were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results After the nursing intervention,the ABC score in the control group was(89.1±11.2),and the score of the observation group was(72.4±8.7),there was a significant difference between two groups(t=7.447,P<0.05);the ATEC score of the control group was(91.4±12.8)and the score of the observation group was(79.6±11.3),and there was a significant difference between two groups(t=4.371, P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of family comprehensive nursing for children with autism can effectively improve the clinical manifestation of them, enhance their self-care abilities, promote their integration into the society and improve the quality of life of them.
