社会保障的农村金融深化效应研究

摘要
社会保障的资产替代效应有利于优化农村金融结构,社会保障的收入挤入效应有利于扩大农村金融规模,社会保障的风险分散与风险补偿机制有利于平衡农村金融供需。然而,社会保障促进农村金融深化有其前置条件,这是一个实证性问题。运用2002—2015年的时间序列数据,构建VAR模型,对社会保障的农村金融深化效应进行检验。实证结果显示,社会保障的农村金融深化效应显著。当前在运用多种经济政策发展农村金融的同时,应充分重视运用社会保障等社会政策推动农村金融深化。
The asset substitution effect of social security is conducive to optimizing the rural financial structure.The income squeeze effect of social security is conducive to expanding the scale of rural finance. The risk dispersion and risk compensation mechanism of social security is conducive to balancing rural financial supply and demand.However,social security to promote rural financial deepening has its preconditions and is an empirical issue. Using the time series data from 2002 to 2015,the VAR model is constructed to test the rural financial deepening effect of social security. The empirical results show that the rural financial deepening effect of social security is significant. At the same time,with using various economic policies to develop rural finance,we should give full attention to the use of social policies such as social security to promote rural financial deepening.
