摘要
该文以太湖县野生水芹腋芽为试验材料,探讨了不同消毒时间和激素浓度对野生水芹组织培养的影响。结果表明:野生水芹腋芽为外植体的最适消毒时间为8min。最适诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.25mg·L-1,其腋芽增殖率最高为92.3%;转入生根培养基MS+NAA0.5mg·L-1的第60天时,生根率为100%;移栽后,成活率达98%以上。
The experiment investigated the effect of different sterilize time and hormone content on tissue culture of Oenanthe stolonifera D.C,with the axillary shoots as experimental material.The results showed that the optimum ster-ilize time of axillary shoots is 8 min. The best medium of axillary shoots induction is MS + 6-BA1. 0 mg · L-1+NAA0.25 mg·L-1,it's axillary shoots induction is 92.3%,which is the highest;in the medium of rooting which is MS+NAA0.5 mg·L-1,and 60 days later the rooting rate is 100%,the survival rate after transplantation is above 98%.
