PDCA循环在医院因公出国(境)申办工作中的应用

摘要
因公出国(境)申办工作政策性、专业性、时限性很强,是医院外事交流工作的重要组成部分。南京市妇幼保健院外事工作者将PDCA循环管理工具应用于因公出国(境)申办工作中,通过提早通知报计划、梳理SOP工作流程、多科室协同合作、加强制度宣传、提高外事工作人员自身素质等措施,有效解决该项工作中面临的问题;同时不断总结、发现新问题再通过新一轮PDCA循环持续提高医院外事工作服务水平,保障外事交流、合作活动的顺利开展。
‘Applying for going abroad(going out of the national territory) on business’ is a job with a very strong orientation to policy, profession and time limit, and is an important part of the foreign exchanges of hospitals. Any successful foreign visit plan of a hospital is inseparable from early application. The foreign affair workers of hospitals use the PDCA cycle management tool to apply for going abroad(going out of the national territory) on business, which has effectively solved the problems faced by this work through the "early notice/report plan", "sorting out the S.O.P. workflow", "multi-department cooperation", "carrying out pre-implementation education and strengthening system publicity" and "improving the quality of foreign affair staff". In addition, they continuously sum up and find out new problems and solve them in the PDCA cycle, so as to enhance the service level and quality of foreign affairs in hospitals, and ensure the smooth development of activities of foreign exchanges and cooperation.
