住院医师规范化培训制度落地难点问题及实践探索

摘要
住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的必经途径。文章分析了住院医师规范化培训制度的具体组织落实中存在的亟待解决问题,介绍了医院住院医师规范培训的制度和模式建设的具体做法,提出了促进住院医师规范化培训质量持续提高的对策。
The standardized resident training program is an inevitable path in the education of a qualified clinician. In this article,the problems in implementation of the training program is analyzed,an introduction of the training system and a detailed protocol in training pattern construction is introduced,and the countermeasures to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of resident training are proposed.
