PDCA在预防脑梗死住院患者跌倒护理管理中的应用

摘要
目的探讨PDCA在预防脑梗死住院患者跌倒护理管理中的作用。方法选取我院脑梗死住院患者实施PDCA循环管理前的86例患者作为对照组,实施后80例患者作为观察组,进行回顾分析,观察两组患者护理效果。结果实施后,观察组患者跌倒发生率低于对照组,且护士对脑梗死住院患者跌倒风险评估率提高,防范措施掌握情况良好。结论在预防脑梗死住院患者跌倒护理中,PDCA发挥着重大作用。
Objective To investigate the role of PDCA in the prevention of falls in inpatients with cerebral infarction.Methods 86 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled as the control group.80 cases of patients underwent PDCA cycle management were as the observation group and were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing effect of two groups was observed.Results After the implementation,the incidence of falls in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the risk of falls was significantly improved in the nurses with cerebralinfarction.The preventive measures were in good condition.Conclusion PDCA plays an important role in the prevention of falls in inpatients with cerebral infarction.
