摘要
目的 :将3D创伤现场救护实训系统应用于急救教学,探讨其提高学生的学习兴趣,以及促进学生高阶思维发展及良好情感态度培养。方法 :介绍了3D创伤现场救护实训系统设计的思路以及元素设计及其构建,设置5大功能模块,进行创伤现场救护知识及技能的培训。将某高等院校护理学专业331名学生分为实验组和对照组,采取不同教学方式,比较两组实施后的教学效果。结果 :将3D创伤现场救护实训系统应用于教学后,实验组学生的创伤救护成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),在提高学习兴趣,提高分析、解决问题的能力,增强急救意识方面实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :应用3D创伤现场救护实训系统教学效果良好,能激发学生的学习动机,提高学生的综合急救能力,应用前景比较乐观。
Objective: To apply the 3D trauma on-site rescue training system to the first aid teaching, and explore the teaching effects of the training system on the students. Methods: The 3D trauma on-site rescue training system were developed. The 5 functional modules were set up to study the knowledge and skills of trauma on-site rescue. Totally 331 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and different teaching methods were adopted. The teaching effects were analyzed with t-test. Results: The students in the experimental group had higher scores in trauma rescue than the control group(P<0.05). The experimental group and the control group were significantly different in terms of improving learning interest, analysis, problem-solving ability and first aid awareness(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of 3D trauma on-site rescue training system has a good teaching effects. It can stimulate students' learning motivation and improve their comprehensive first-aid ability.
