摘要
目的评价四肢骨折行微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的预后价值,为四肢骨折临床治疗工作提供参考。方法选取2017年1月至2018年7月菏泽市定陶区人民医院骨科收治手术治疗的四肢骨折患者(n=90),进行治疗随机分组,对照组接受常规钢板固定治疗,观察组接受微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。结果组间术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间以及骨折愈合时间比较,观察组均少于对照组。组间术后畸形愈合、钢板松动等并发症发生率比较,观察组低于对照组。结论微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折用时更短、手术时间更短、术后恢复更快、安全性更高。
        Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for limb fractures,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of limb fractures. Methods From January 2017 to July 2018, patients with limb fractures treated by orthopaedic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional plate fixation and the observation group received minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation. Results Compared with the control group, the bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were less than those in the control group.The incidence of complications such as malunion and plate loosening was lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for limb fractures takes shorter time, shorter operation time, faster recovery and higher safety.
