摘要
以某具有复杂自由曲面的零件为例,介绍了激光跟踪仪在曲面精度检测中的应用。经过预对齐、对齐修正及精对齐三个步骤,实现被测曲面与三维模型的精确最佳拟合对齐。通过数模对比,最终实现复杂自由曲面的误差评定,经过多次测量实验计算测量不确定度,实验结果证明,该方法准确有效,为工程测量人员检测复杂自由曲面提供有利依据。
Taking a complex free-form surface part for example, the surface accuracy is detected by laser tracker.The three steps of pre alignment, alignment and fine alignment have been implemented to achieve the best fit of the curved surface and 3D model. By comparing with the mathematical model, the error evaluation of the complex free-form surface is finally realized. Experimental results show that the method is accurate and effective. It provides a favorable basis for engineering personal to detect surfaces.
