摘要
为了解我国鸽子病毒感染状况,采用高通量测序方法,对华东地区肉鸽携带的病原进行了检测,共检测到5种主要感染病原,包括禽轮状病毒、鸽圆环病毒、鸽星状病毒、鸽冠状病毒和鸽微RNA病毒B。除鸽圆环病毒外,其余4种病毒均在我国鸽群中首次被发现。该检测结果对我国的鸽群疫病监测和防控具有重要意义,同时证实高通量技术能够检测出动物群体中的主要感染病原,是动物疫病检测的新思路,有利于全面掌握动物病原感染状况,及时预警、处置和防控动物疫病的发生。
        In order to recognize the virus infection situation in pigeons in China,the pathogens carried by pigeons in Eastern China were detected by high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed five kinds of infectious viruses were detected,including avian rotavirus,pigeon circovirus,pigeon astrovirus,pigeon coronavirus and pigeon piconavirus B. Except pigeon circovirus,the other four kinds of viruses were all discovered in pigeons for the first time in China. The results of this study were significant to conduct pigeon disease surveillance,prevention and control. At the same time,it was confirmed that the high-throughput sequencing technique could detect main pathogens in animals,which would provide a new idea for animal disease detection. Also,the technique was helpful to master an overall situation of pathogen infection,and it was helpful for early warning,disposal and prevention of animal diseases.
