米力农在新生儿肺动脉高压治疗中的效果观察

摘要
目的观察米力农注射液与吸入用伊洛前列素溶液联合应用于新生儿先天性心脏病肺动脉高压治疗中的效果。方法将在我院接受治疗的82例新生儿先天性心脏病肺动脉高压患者随机分为两组。对照组予吸入用伊洛前列素溶液治疗,实验组予米力农注射液联合吸入用伊洛前列素溶液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率和临床指标。结果实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组血氧饱和度和左心室输出量水平均上升,肺动脉压和脑钠尿肽水平均下降,且实验组各指标改善水平优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论米力农注射液与吸入用伊洛前列素溶液联合能够提高新生儿先天性心脏病肺动脉高压治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of millinone injection combined with iloprost solution for inhalation in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension in neonates with congenital heart disease. Methods 82 patients with congenital heart disease pulmonary hypertension who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with iloprost solution for inhalationand the experimental group was treated with millinone injection in combination with iloprost. The treatment effectiveness and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the blood oxygen saturation and left ventricular output increased, the pulmonary arterial pressure and brain natriuretic peptide level decreased, and the indexes of the experimental group improved. The level was better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Millinone injection combined with iloprost solution for inhalationcan improve the treatment of pulmonary hypertension in congenital heart disease in newborns.
