摘要
火山渣是一种地域性绿色天然原料,加工处理后适宜用于制备轻骨料混凝土及节能建材制品。相关研究表明,火山渣轻骨料级配对混凝土强度和密实度影响显著,对用于制备混凝土砌块的干硬性火山渣混凝土更为突出,因此,合理确定火山渣轻骨料级配对保证产品质量和生产成本极为关键。本文选用四种粒级火山渣轻骨料,以抗压强度和干表观密度为控制目标,开展了骨料级配对火山渣混凝土性能的影响研究,分析了火山渣混凝土干表观密度与抗压强度的相关性,提出了组合结构保温砌块生产用火山渣轻骨料适宜组成,为干硬性火山渣混凝土的配合比优化设计提供参考。
Volcanic slag is a kind of local green and natural raw material. Relevant studies show that the strength and compactness of slag-light aggregate grade matched concrete is significantly affected, which is more prominent for the dry and hard slag-concrete used in the preparation of concrete blocks, and reasonable determination of slag-light aggregate grade matched to guarantee product quality and production cost. Four graded cinder light aggregates are chosen, the compressive strength and dry apparent density of which is taken as control target. In the aggregate composition effect on the performance of cinder concrete research, the cinder concrete dry apparent density and compressive strength of the correlation is analyzed, the composite structure with cinder block production suitable light aggregate composition is proposed, which can provide the reference for the harsh trass concrete mix proportion optimal design.
