航天遥感与中国空间信息产业发展

摘要
在中国航天事业的强劲支撑下,中国的航天遥感进展迅猛,在轨遥感卫星数量、种类、性能和数据获取能力、产品质量等都在赶超国际先进水平。鉴于美国、欧洲等发达国家和地区近期加强航天遥感力量整合兼并,并通过强劲的社会投资加速探索商业服务模式,中国更急需挖掘和发挥包括遥感卫星在内的空间基础设施的应用效能,并加速发展空间信息产业。文章详细分析了国内外航天遥感发展态势,并就中国航天遥感应用与空间信息产业发展提出了加强顶层设计与实施、加强产业方向宏观引导、加强地方配套基础设施建设和推动组建国有资产控股的大型混合股份制集团公司等建议。
        With the strong support of space industry,China aerospace remote sensing is progressing rapidly,and the number,type,and performance of remote sensing satellite,data acquisition capability and product quality are catching up with the advanced international level.Since the United States,Europe and other developed countries and regions are strengthening the integration of their aerospace remote sensing forces,while accelerating to explore data business service mode with the strong supports of social investments,it is urgent for our country to exploit and exert the application efficiency of national space infrastructure(including remote sensing satellites) and accelerate the development of space information industry.This paper introduces the development trend of China and international aerospace remote sensing in detail,and gives suggestions on strengthening top design and implementation,strengthening macro guidance of industrial direction,strengthening local supporting infrastructure and promoting to establish large mixed stock group company holding by state-owned assets,etc.
