摘要
以盐酸羟胺(HH)和OPRHAZ(OP) 2种恒黏剂对天然橡胶杯凝胶进行恒黏改性,制备恒黏橡胶。用门尼黏度仪、凝胶渗透色谱、华莱士塑性计分析盐酸羟胺和OPRHAZ对天然橡胶门尼黏度、相对分子质量、塑性初值(P0)和塑性保持率(PRI)的影响。实验结果表明,0. 2~0. 6 phr的盐酸羟胺和0. 2~0. 6 phr的OPRHAZ都可以有效地将天然橡胶杯凝胶的门尼黏度控制在60以下,制备出恒黏胶的塑性初值(P0)≥30。
        The present paper described the constant viscosity modification of natural rubber cup gel with hydroxylamine hydrochloride( HH) and alkyl hydrazine compounds( OP). Then,the influence of the constant viscosity agent HH and OP on the Mooney viscosity,relative molecular weight,initial plasticity( P0) and plasticity( PRI) of the crude rubber was analyzed by Mooney viscometer,gel permeation chromatography and Wallace plastometer. The experimental results indicate that hydroxylamine hydrochloride( 0. 2 ~ 0. 6) and OPRHAZ( 0. 2 ~ 0. 6) can effectively control the Mooney viscosity of natural rubber cup gel below 60,and the initial plastic value( P0) of natural rubber is more than30.
