刍议如何有效提高煤矿防治水工作措施

摘要
近年来社会经济迅猛发展、科学技术日渐成熟,工业生产使得全国范围内煤炭需求量不断增加,也在一定程度上促进了各地区煤矿开采的规模扩大。但是,结合实际煤矿开采工作进行分析后可以得出,煤矿安全事故发生数量逐年递增,严重影响着煤矿单位运营效益,同时带来了巨大的经济损失与人员伤亡。因此,越来越多的煤矿单位开始正确认识到防水治水的重要作用。为了更加平稳有效地推进煤矿生产作业,增加煤矿单位经济效益,相关监管部门与企业开始加大对防水治水技术落后、专业人才相对匮乏以及技术管理能力不足等开采问题的治理力度。基于此,文章结合煤矿防水治水实际情况与煤矿防水治水技术的主要问题展开分析,进一步提出煤矿防水治水工作的有效措施,期望为今后煤矿开采工作中煤矿水害问题控制,实现煤矿行业可持续发展以及促进国民经济稳定发展提供一些参考。
        In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the maturing of science and technology,the industrial production has made the coal demand increase in the whole country,and to a certain extent,it has promoted the scale of coal mining in various regions. However,based on the analysis of actual coal mining work,it can be concluded that the number of coal mine safety accidents is increasing year by year,which seriously affects the operation efficiency of coal mining units and brings huge economic losses and casualties. Therefore,more and more coal mine units began to realize the important role of waterproofing and water control. In order to promote the production of coal mines more smoothly and effectively,and increase the economic benefits of coal mining units. Relevant regulatory authorities and enterprises began to increase the management of mining problems,such as backward waterproofing technology,lack of professional personnel and insufficient technical management capacity. Based on these factors,in view of the actual situation of coal mine waterproofing and water control technology,this paper analyzes the main problems,and further puts forward effective measures for mine waterproofing and water control. It is expected to provide some references for the control of coal mine water hazard,the realization of sustainable coal mining industry and the promotion of the stable development of national economy in the future.
