摘要
王永炎教授从医从教50余年,创立了较完整的中风病中医诊疗体系,制定了"中风病中医诊断、疗效评定标准",对我国临床其他各科建立规范化系统化中医药诊疗体系起到了一定的启示及示范作用。王永炎教授首次明确了病络的定义,指出病络是络脉的病理过程和病机环节,是病证产生的根源,强调深入分析病络的发生机制,对寻求其共同的病机、制定治法方药、评估预后均具有重要意义。在此基础上,发展创新,将理论与实践结合,用于心血管病的治疗,提出心阴不足、风动心络为室性期前收缩的病机之一。在临床上根据本病的基本病机形成治疗本病的经验方——养阴熄风复脉汤。本研究旨在通过总结王永炎教授的学术思想及临证经验,以期为临床防治心脑血管疾病提供参考借鉴。
        Professor WANG Yong-yan has been engaged in medicine and teaching for more than 50 years,he creatively established and improved the system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis and treatment of stroke,and put forward the formulation TCM diagnosis and curative effect evaluation standard of stroke,which played a leading role and exemplary role for the study on standardization of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and syndromes in clinical departments.Professor Wang made a clear interpretation of the concept of abnormal collaterals for the first time,pointed out that the abnormal collaterals is the collateral disease of the pathological process and pathogenesis,the source of disease and syndrome.It is of great significance to deepen the analysis of pathogenesis of abnormal collaterals,to seek common pathogenesis of syndromes,to determine the treatment and treatment of prescription and to determine the prognosis.On this basis,developing and innovating,he combined theory and practice for the treatment of cardiovascular disease,put forward the heart-YIN deficiency and wind-driven heart collaterals is one of the pathogenesis of premature ventricular contraction,according to the basic pathogenesis of this disease,he formed the experienced prescription:Yangyinxifengfumai Decoction.The purpose of this study is to summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor WANG Yong-yan,in order to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
