从王永炎院士验案谈叙事医学内涵与中医平行病历构建

摘要
从王永炎院士成功防治复中风及痴呆10年的验案,总结叙事医学内涵及价值,即倾听病人故事,感受见证其疾苦,弥合医患在病因、病情及生死观等方面的分歧,在关注、再现与归属中彰显生命伦理学健康人文底蕴等。并阐述构建中医平行病历的目的和意义,即发展叙事能力,承担见证,实践医学人文关怀,以及从生活最深处认识人与疾病,弥合整体论与还原论的分歧,建立相互尊重与信任、共同承担的医患归属关系,构建生命科学健康人伦。
From the 10-year case of academician Wang Yongyan's successful prevention and treatment of stroke and dementia,this paper summarizes up the connotation and value of narrative medicine,that is,listening to the patients' stories,experiencing and witnessing their suffering,and bridging differences in the causes,conditions,and life and death of doctors and patients. To demonstrate the healthy human heritage of bioethics in attention,reproduction and attribution. We also elaborates on the purpose of constructing parallel medical records of Chinese medicine,that is,developing narrative ability,undertaking testimony,and practicing medical humanistic care,understanding people and diseases from the deepest point of life,and bridging the differences between holistic theory and reductionist theory. The significance of forming mutual respect and trust,the shared responsibility of doctor-patient relationship,as well as constructing life science healthy human relations.
