中药治疗急性胰腺炎研究进展

摘要
急性胰腺炎(AP)是外科最常见的急腹症之一,重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是急性胰腺炎的特殊类型,其特点是起病急、病情复杂凶险、并发症多且病死率高等,是最难治愈的外科急腹症之一。近年随着对中医药研究的逐渐深入,中药在临床表现出巨大的潜力,目前已成为治疗急性胰腺炎最流行的补充和替代疗法之一。就中药治疗急性胰腺炎的研究进展进行综述。
Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in surgery.Severe acute pancreatitis is a special type of acute pancreatitis,which is characterized by acute onset,complicated and dangerous condition,multiple complications and high mortality.It's one of the most difficult surgical acute abdominal diseases to cure.Recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has shown great potential in clinical practice,and has become one of the most popular complementary and alternative therapy for acute pancreatitis.This article reviews the advances in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
