摘要
恰当选择战略指挥能力生成模式是提升战略指挥能力的前提和基础.在对战略指挥能力生成模式进行理论分析的基础上,运用投资组合理论和网络层次分析法,构建战略指挥能力生成模式的因果关系模型和内部因素效能模型,分析战略指挥能力生成因素的效能影响系数和权重,并对战略指挥能力的四种主要生成模式进行数值仿真和成本比较分析.
        It is the premise and the basis of the advance of strategic command capability to correctly choose the generation mode of strategic command capability. On the basis of theoretical analysis for the generation mode of strategic command capability, the article constructs the causal relationship model and internal factor effectiveness model of generation mode of strategic command capability, analyzes the effective coefficient and weight of generating factors of strategic command capability by using the Portfolio Theory and the Analytic Network Process, and carries out the number simulation and the comparative analysis of cost on four main generation modes of strategic command capability.
